Residential Cleaning: $42/hour, plus tax
Holiday Rental Cleaning: $42/hour, plus tax
Office/Commercial Cleaning: $42/hour, plus tax
One-Time Deep Cleaning: $50/hour, plus tax
Final Move-In/Out Cleaning: $60/hour, plus tax, minimum 4 hour clean
Post-Construction and Emergency Cleaning: $50/hour, plus tax
Home Organization: $65/hour, plus tax
*PLEASE NOTE: an additional $5 travel fee may be included.

Dusting and cleaning of surfaces (i.e. counters, mantels, window ledges, baseboards and all those hard to reach areas), cleaning glass and mirrors, vacuuming upholstery, vacuuming and cleaning floors, general tidying, picking-up and straightening and emptying wastebaskets.
Kitchens & Utility Rooms:
Cleaning the exterior of all appliances, cleaning and sanitizing sinks, counter-tops and back splashes, spot washing cupboard fronts, cleaning microwave inside and out.
Bathrooms:
Sanitizing and cleaning showers, bathtubs and sinks, vanities, back splashes, tiles and toilets, cleaning glass and mirrors, buffing chrome, washing floors and tiles.
Extras:
Every time we service your home we take care of a few extra tasks in specific rooms on a rotational basis (we call this special attention) to ensure your home is properly maintained. The benefit of this service is that our customers never need a spring housecleaning ever again. Examples: fridge, oven and windows.
